The MUL is a non-profit organisation and is governed by a Board of Directors in accordance with the latest version of the Coordinated Statutes of 2007, comprising a President, a Vice-President, a Treasurer, a General Secretary and additional and co-opted members.

Nicola Cumini has been president of MUL since 2020. Pascal Portha serves as vice president and treasurer at his side. Together, they form a strong, dedicated team that not only organises the sport, but lives it – with passion, experience and professional standards. Their close cooperation and personal commitment have a lasting impact on MUL and continuously drive its development forward.

In addition to the Executive Board, there are various departments focused on the promotion of the various motorsport disciplines, consisting of a Chief Executive Officer and other senior members.

In order to support the voluntary commitment of the board members and the members of the advisory commissions, the MUL has an office, which is located in the Haus des Sports in Strassen and acts as a secretariat. This secretariat has the task of serving as the first point of contact for all persons who need information on the subject of motorcycling in sport and in road traffic
