‘Touring’ refers to travelling or undertaking long-distance trips on a motorcycle, i.e. the type of riding that focuses on comfort and relaxation. Touring vehicles are often equipped with additional features that help make long distances more comfortable, such as comfortable seats, windshields, luggage systems and improved suspension.
Accordingly, the Federation plays a rather subordinate role in this area, as there are no championships, licences or regulations. Nevertheless, the Touring Commission has a lot to offer.
